Jerry's Bio

I had drawn a sixty-bazillion page comic book. To my chagrin,
few people in the comic book industry cared.
However, "Never Surrender" managed to
rear his ugly mug again, and a year later (with the help of
a magnanimous comic book
veteran, Dan Adkins) I was drawing Spandex adventurers to beat
the band
and getting paid for it. Not
much, at first, but the hard work of deadlines taught me the difference
between hobby art and pro. The rest is
history (of a sort).
I kept at the brush until I got work painting paperback covers. A smattering of advertising work. Then I heard the Clarion Call of Hollywood (and warm weather, blue skies, palm trees), and "move west, young man."
